Northwest Hills Credit Union’s lobby is now open at 9AM Monday - Friday. Please use the drive-up window between 8AM & 4PM Monday-Wednesday, 8AM-6PM on Thursday and 8AM-5PM on Friday. Click here for more detials.

Your safety, and the safety of our employees continues to remain at the forefront of our focus. Therefore, we have implemented the following Re-Opening procedures:

  • All employees and members are asked to wear a mask while inside Northwest Hills Credit Union whenever social distancing is not possible.
  • We have designated specific doors for Entering and Exiting the building. (Members and employees will enter the rear of the building and exit through the front of the building).
  • We have installed social distancing markers throughout our lobby. We request all members to please follow their guidance.
  • Plexiglass shields have been installed at all of our teller counters for the protection of everyone.
  • We will be limiting the number of members allowed in the lobby in order to follow social distancing guidelines.
  • Members will be required to bring identification into the credit union. We may ask that you momentarily lower your mask for identification purposes if needed.

For your continued convenience, we encourage use of mobile/on-line banking, ATM, night deposit and our Drive-Up window if you are still uncomfortable conducting business in-person. We are ready for you, when YOU are ready!

Northwest Hills Credit Union has been, and  will continue to follow closely the www.CDC.gov and the www.CT.gov websites for changes in COVID-19 guidelines and mandates. We will provide updates as they become available should we need to make any additional changes to our processes or operations.
